Ingredients:

  • 1/2 KATORI boiled kidney beans (rajma)

  • 1/2 KATORI boiled chickpeas (chana)

  • 1/2 KATORI boiled cow beans (lobia)

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 1 small tomato, finely chopped

  • 1/2 cucumber, finely chopped

  • 1/2 bell pepper (capsicum), finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves

  • 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala (optional)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

Instructions:

1.      Mix the Salad: In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled kidney beans, chickpeas, cow beans, chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, coriander leaves, and green chili.

2.      Season the Salad: Add lemon juice, chaat masala salt, and pepper to the salad. Toss everything together gently to combine.Chill and Serve
