1/2 apple with skin for extra fiber
1/2 banana
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup plain milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds.
Ice cubes
Preparation
Instructions:
Add the apple chunks, banana, plain yogurt, plain milk, chia seeds or flaxseeds, to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more plain milk until you reach your desired consistency.
Pour smoothie into the glass and add ice cubes.
