1/2 apple with skin for extra fiber

1/2 banana

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

  • 1/2 cup plain milk

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds.


  • Ice cubes


Preparation

Instructions:

  • Add the apple chunks, banana, plain yogurt, plain milk, chia seeds or flaxseeds, to a blender.

  • Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more plain milk until you reach your desired consistency.


Pour smoothie into the glass and add ice cubes.
