Ingredients:
100 grams banana, peeled and diced
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup plain milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
4 tablespoon oats.
ice cubes
Preparation
Instructions:
Peel the banana and break it into chunks and add the banana chunks, plain yogurt, plain milk, chia seeds and oats.
Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more plain milk until you reach your desired consistency.
Pour smoothie into the glass and add ice cubes
