1 cup puffed rice (murmura)
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
1/4 cup grated carrots
1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
1 green chilli, finely chopped
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp green chutneyÂ
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
Salt to taste
Lemon juice to taste
Preparation
Instructions:
Finely chop all the vegetables: onions, tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, and coriander leaves.
Grate the carrots .
In a large mixing bowl, combine the puffed rice, chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, boiled potatoes, grated carrots, and capsicum.
Add the chopped green chili if you prefer a spicy kick.
Add the green chutney to the bowl. Mix well to ensure that all the puffed rice and vegetables are coated with the chutney.
Sprinkle the roasted cumin powder and salt to taste. Mix well again.
Add the chopped coriander leaves and a squeeze of lemon juice to enhance the flavor.
Mix everything thoroughly.
