Ingredients:
1 cup black chickpeas (kala chana), soaked overnight and boiled until tender
1 cup mixed vegetables (such as cucumber, bell peppers, carrots, cherry tomatoes, and radish), finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon chaat masala (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
Instructions:
1.     Prepare the Black Chickpeas: Soak the black chickpeas in water overnight. Drain the water and boil the chickpeas until they are tender. Drain and set aside to cool.
2.     Mix the Salad: In a large bowl, combine the boiled black chickpeas, mixed vegetables, chopped onion, green chili (if using), and coriander leaves.
3.     Season the Salad: Add lemon juice, chaat masala (if using), salt, and pepper to the salad. Toss everything together gently to combine.
