Ingredients:
1 blueberries
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain, low-fat or non-fat)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other low-calorie milk alternative)
1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds .
Preparation
Instructions:
Add the blueberries, plain yogurt, plain milk, chia seeds or flaxseeds, to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more plain milk until you reach your desired consistency.
Pour the smoothie into a glass. If you used ice cubes, the smoothie should be nice and cold.
