Ingredients:
1 cup chickpeas , drained and rinsed
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons sesame seed
1 tablespoon oil
2-4 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Preparation
Instructions:
In a food processor, combine the drained chickpeas, minced garlic, sesame seeds, oil, red chilli powder and a pinch of salt.
Process the mixture until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, gradually add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
Taste the hummus and adjust the seasoning by adding more salt or lemon juice if necessary.
Once the hummus is smooth and creamy .
