Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chickpeas , drained and rinsed


  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons sesame seed

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 2-4 tablespoons water

  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder

  • Salt to taste

Preparation

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, combine the drained chickpeas, minced garlic, sesame seeds, oil, red chilli powder and a pinch of salt.

  2. Process the mixture until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, gradually add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.

  3. Taste the hummus and adjust the seasoning by adding more salt or lemon juice if necessary.

  4. Once the hummus is smooth and creamy .
