  • 100 - 150 grams ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped

  • 4 cubes of ice

  • 1 cup of water or sparkling water

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Fresh mint leaves

Preparation

  1. Prepare the Kiwi: Peel and chop the kiwis.

  2. Blend: In a blender, combine the chopped kiwi, ice, water or sparkling water, and lemon .


  3. Serve: Pour into glasses, garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired, and serve immediately.
