Ingredents:
100 grams mango,peeled and diced
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup plain milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
4 tablespoon oats
ice cubes
Preparation
Instructions:
If using fresh mango, peel and cut it into chunks. Y
ou can add it directly to the blender.
Add all the ingredients to a blender: mango chunks, plain yogurt, plain milk, chia seeds and oats..
Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more plain milk until you reach your desired consistency.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and add ice cubes.
