1-2 green chilies, chopped
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
Salt to taste

Blend Ingredients:
In a blender or food processor, combine fresh mint leaves, coriander leaves, chopped green chilies, grated ginger, garlic clove, lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, and a pinch of salt.
Blend until you get a smooth paste. Add a little water if needed to adjust the consistency.
Taste and Adjust:
Taste the chutney and adjust the seasoning according to your preference. Add more salt or lemon juice if needed.
Serve:
Transfer the mint chutney to a serving bowl.
Serve alongside Indian vegetables such as grilled or roasted veggies, fritters, or steamed vegetables.
