Ingredients
Ingredients:
1 cup Nutrela (soya granules)
1 cup mixed vegetables (such as grated carrots, finely chopped beans, peas, bell peppers, onions)
2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon oil for cooking
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
Preparation
Instructions:
Prepare Nutrela:
Boil water in a saucepan and add Nutrela.
Let it cook for 3-4 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water in a strainer.
Set aside.
Prepare the mixture:
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked Nutrela, mixed vegetables, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt.
Mix well to form a uniform mixture. Adjust seasoning according to taste.

You can flatten them slightly with your palms to give them a traditional kebab shape.
Cooking:
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Place the kebabs on the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
Serving:
Once cooked, remove the kebabs from the pan .
Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves and with mint chutney .
