1 cup cooked rajma , mashed
1 cup oats, powdered
1/2 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, beans), finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
1-inch piece of ginger, grated
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves, chopped
Cooking oil.
Preparation
Instructions:
Prepare the Mixture:Â In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed rajma, powdered oats, mixed vegetables, chopped onion, green chilies, grated ginger, minced garlic, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, and chopped coriander leaves. Mix everything well to form a dough-like consistency.
Shape the Cutlets:Â Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round or oval cutlets. You can adjust the size according to your preference.
Cook the Cutlets:Â Heat a non-stick pan or griddle and lightly grease it with cooking oil. Place the shaped cutlets on the pan and cook them on medium heat until they turn golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Serve:Â Once the cutlets are cooked serve them with mint chutney .
