  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Fresh fruits (such as berries, bananas, or apples) & seeds for topping

Preparation

Instructions:

1.      Combine Ingredients: In a jar or bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almond milk, yogurt, chia seeds vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.

2.      Refrigerate Overnight: Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, to allow the oats to soften and absorb the liquid.

3.      Add Toppings: Before serving, add your favorite toppings such as fresh fruits &  seeds.

4.      Enjoy: Stir everything together and enjoy your delicious and nutritious overnight oats!
