Multigrain tortilla wrap

  • Paneer , cut into small cubes or slices

  • Assorted vegetables such as bell peppers, beans,onions, tomatoes, spinach, grated carrots, green chillies etc.

  • Spices like coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and pepper


  • Fresh coriander leaves

  • Oil for cooking.

Preparation

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Vegetables: Wash and chop all the vegetables into thin slices or small pieces.

  2. Saute the Vegetables: Heat a non-stick pan with a little oil for cooking. Add the chopped vegetables and sauté them until they are tender but still crisp. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of turmeric powder for flavor.

  3. Prepare the Paneer: In a separate pan, lightly sauté the paneer cubes until they are golden brown on each side. You can sprinkle a pinch of garam masala.

  4. Assemble the Roll: Warm the tortilla slightly. Place a portion of the saute vegetables and paneer in the center of the tortilla. Add some freshly chopped coriander leaves .

  5. Roll it up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly from one end to the other, enclosing the filling securely.

  6. Grill or Toast: If you prefer a crispier texture, you can toast the rolled paneer wrap on a hot griddle or pan for a few minutes until it's lightly golden and crispy on the outside.

  7. Serve: Cut the paneer roll into halves and serve with mint chutney.
