Ingredients
Ingredients:
1 cup boiled white chole (white chickpeas)
1 cucumber, diced
1 carrot, grated
1 tomato, diced
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 bell pepper (any color), diced
2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Chaat masala (optional)
Roasted cumin powder (optional)
30 gms quinoa
Preparation
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the boiled white chole, quinoa ,cucumber, carrot, tomato, onion, bell pepper, and coriander leaves.
2. Add the lemon juice, salt, pepper, chaat masala, and roasted cumin powder. Toss everything together until well combined.
3. Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
5. Serve cold as a refreshing and nutritious salad.
