Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of ragi noodles

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 green chili, finely chopped

  • 1 carrot, sliced

  • 1 bell pepper (capsicum), sliced

  • 1 cup cabbage, sliced

  • 1/2 cup green beans, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste


Preparation

Instructions:

  1. Cook Ragi Noodles:

    • Boil the ragi noodles once cooked, drain and set aside.

  2. Prepare Vegetables:

    • Heat oil in a pan or wok over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

    • Add minced garlic and chopped green chili. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.

    • Add thinly sliced onion and sauté until translucent.

  3. Add Vegetables:

    • Add sliced carrot, sliced bell pepper, chopped green beans, and sliced cabbage to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.

  4. Seasoning:

    • Sprinkle black pepper over the vegetables. Mix well to combine.

  5. Combine with Ragi Noodles:

    • Add the cooked ragi noodles to the pan with the sautéed vegetables. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.

  6. Serve:

    • Once everything is heated through, remove the ragi noodles in the pan and serve.
