Ingredients:
1 packet of ragi noodles
1 tablespoon oil
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 green chili, finely chopped
1 carrot, sliced
1 bell pepper (capsicum), sliced
1 cup cabbage, sliced
1/2 cup green beans, chopped
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Preparation
Instructions:
Cook Ragi Noodles:
Boil the ragi noodles once cooked, drain and set aside.
Prepare Vegetables:
Heat oil in a pan or wok over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add minced garlic and chopped green chili. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
Add thinly sliced onion and sauté until translucent.
Add Vegetables:
Add sliced carrot, sliced bell pepper, chopped green beans, and sliced cabbage to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
Seasoning:
Sprinkle black pepper over the vegetables. Mix well to combine.
Combine with Ragi Noodles:
Add the cooked ragi noodles to the pan with the sautéed vegetables. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
Serve:
Once everything is heated through, remove the ragi noodles in the pan and serve.
