  • 2 tablespoons sattu (roasted gram flour)

  • 1 glass of water (approximately 250 ml)

  • 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder

  • A pinch of black salt

  • Fresh lemon juice

  • Ice cubes

Preparation

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the sattu mixture:

    • In a glass, add 2 tablespoons of sattu (roasted gram flour).

  2. Add water:

    • Pour a glass of water (approximately 250 ml) into the glass with sattu.

  3. Mix well:

    • Use a spoon or a whisk to mix the sattu and water thoroughly until the sattu is completely dissolved in the water.

  4. Add flavorings (optional):

    • Add roasted cumin powder to the sattu water for added flavor. You can also add a pinch of black salt for taste.

    • Squeeze fresh lemon juice into the sattu water for a refreshing citrusy flavor.

  5. Stir well:

    • Stir the sattu water to ensure that all the ingredients are well combined.


  6. Serve:

    • Your sattu water is ready to be served.
