  • 100 grams strawberries

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

  • 1/2 cup plain milk

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds .

  • ice cubes


Preparation

Instructions:

  • Add the strawberries, plain yogurt, plain milk, chia seeds or flaxseeds..

  • Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more plain milk until you reach your desired consistency.


  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and add ice cubes.
