1 cup sprouts
100 -150 gms tofu
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
1 cucumber, finely chopped
1 green chili, finely chopped
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
             Salt, to taste
1 tablespoon oil
Preparation
Instructions
1.      Heat non stick pan on medium heat . Cut tofu cubes and saute them till golden brown.
2.      In a large bowl, combine the sprouts, chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, green chili , coriander leaves and tofu cubes.
3.      Drizzle lemon juice over the salad and sprinkle with salt.
4.      Toss everything together until well combined and serve the salad.
