Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of multigrain Maggi

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 1 small carrot, thinly sliced

  • 1 small capsicum (bell pepper), thinly sliced

  • 1 small tomato, chopped

  • 1/2 cup mixed vegetables such as peas, corn, and beans

  • 2 cups water


  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Fresh coriander leaves (cilantro) for garnish

  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

Preparation

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Add the chopped onion and saute until it turns translucent

  3. Add the sliced carrots, capsicum, tomato, and mixed vegetables to the saucepan. Stir well to combine.

  4. Sprinkle turmeric powder salt, and black pepper over the vegetables. Mix everything together.

  5. Pour in the water and bring it to a boil.

  6. Once the water is boiling, break the multigrain maggi into smaller pieces and add them to the saucepan. Stir gently to combine.

  7. Cook the maggi and vegetables for 2-3 minutes until the maggi is cooked and the vegetables are tender.

  8. Once cooked, remove the saucepan from the heat.

  9. Garnish the vegetable multigrain maggi with fresh coriander leaves .

  10. Serve hot and enjoy your nutritious and delicious meal!
